Hello, In retention Policy Tags under Type I have Personal Folder for several filters. This means that they will apply to a pst file and if so why to a pst and not the ost file ? Using Exchange 2010

also why under Action to take when the age limit is reached I do not have move to managed folder and under tag type how do I specify a custom folder Thanks

Ok the above have been fixed as they are referring to personal custom folders however the issue is that although I have applied a retention policy to a user, from Outlook I still cannot see the Assign button in the tags group. Thanks

yes I ran the managed folder assistant command and in OWA I can right click the folder and apply the policy as it is visible however on Outlook I cannot do the same. I am using Outlook 2010
